By using this website or making a donation, you agree to these terms.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary gifts to MAP Foundation, a non-profit welfare organisation in Karachi, Pakistan.
• When you choose a programme or campaign, we use your donation for it. If a campaign is fully funded or cannot go ahead, we use the donation where it is needed most within the same programme. Zakat is always used only for eligible recipients.
• You are responsible for choosing the correct donation type (Zakat, Sadqa or general). If you make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Card donations from overseas are charged in US dollars. The rupee amount shown is an estimate based on a fixed exchange rate; your bank may also charge fees.

Monthly donations

Monthly card donations are charged automatically each month until you cancel. To cancel, contact us and we will stop it before the next payment. Monthly donations by other methods are not charged automatically.

Refunds

If you donated by mistake (for example, the wrong amount or a duplicate payment), contact us within 14 days with your receipt number and we will review a refund. Donations that have already been distributed may not be refundable.

Receipts

We send a receipt for every confirmed donation. Bank transfers are confirmed once the money reaches our account.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the website, try to access areas that are not public, or submit false information. Content on this site belongs to MAP Foundation unless stated otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Karachi have jurisdiction.
